The following policies and terms identify the relation agreement between CoinExams, herein referred to by name or as “us/we/our/ours” and you as a direct or indirect user, investor, partner, and/or client of CoinExams, herein referred to by name or collectively as “you/your”. Our website and any related websites or apps are herein referred to by name or collectively as the "platform". Information, data, values, scores, valuations, estimations, suggestions, and allocations presented are herein referred to by name or collectively as "values". Our products, services, research, work, designs, materials, values, solutions, comments, communication, meetings, consultations, feedback and/or any other deliverables digital/non-tangible or physical/tangible are herein referred to by name or collectively as "deliverables/services".

The personal information we currently collect and process are minimal but might include personal identifiers, contacts and/or other characteristics, for example contact details you provide to help us communicate with you, such as but not limited to if you are already a customer or if you made an inquiry with us. We also save social links you submit as well as data acquired from these links, such as but not limited to profile photos, for the purpose of but not limited to processing and display on our "Experts" page.

The cookies and similar technologies on our platform help us develop and improve our platform, for example, pixel tags, where a cookie is a small amount of data sent to your local device from a web server to be saved in a local directory on your device. You can disable cookies from your device settings (e.g. browser settings) and you can learn more about cookies here .

We use Hotjar and Google Analytics to record website visits, which help us optimise and improve the platform's user experience (UX) over time. Their privacy policies can be found here: Hotjar's privacy policy, Google's privacy policy.

We use Cloudflare, a content distribution service, to maintain website speed and protect the website against security threats. In the process of serving this website content, Cloudflare collects some information. You can review the Cloudflare privacy policy page for more information. We also use Hostinger hosting services and their privacy policy can be found here.

We use tawk.to for the chat service and you can review their privacy policy page for more information about how they process data. We use A-ADS.com, Adshares, and Bitmedia advertisement networks and you can review their privacy policies respectively here, here, and here. In some pages where YouTube videos are embedded, Google may collect additional data on page visitors and you can learn more about their privacy policy here.

Our policies and terms are continuously updated and refined to govern the relationship between you and us. If you are using any of our platform and/or deliverables, you agree to all our policies and terms presented on this page and elsewhere on our platform. We may revise and update these policies and terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes made to this agreement, terms, and/or policies are effective immediately without notice and apply to all access to and/or use of our platform and/or deliverables, thereafter.

We might get a commission from our partners if you click on any of the links within our platform. While those commissions are not always guaranteed, we deeply appreciate your support. We believe crypto assets are probably the future and thus we might be investing in one or more of assets listed on our platform at any point in time.

When you submit online profile links to our platform, you agree to be responsible for ensuring these profiles represent yourself and agree to release rights related to processing and display of those links and the data obtained from those links, such as but not limited to: profile name, profile photo, and profile username. We reserve the right to remove and/or edit any data and/or links obtained/submitted at our sole discretion and without notice, for any reason such as but not limited to inappropriate photos, unclear photos, photos without a human face, names that are too long, names using characters not present in the Modern English alphabet.

Crypto payments can only be refunded to the same wallet used for the payment. Please use your own wallet not any exchange to send payments, as exchanges have different wallets for send and receive.

Unless specified otherwise, we will issue refunds to payments made directly to us, if requested within 14 days from the date the corresponding payment was received. The refund request must be made by the same contact person who made the payment, accompanied by proof of payment. The refunded amount will have all expenses deducted, that is expenses related to deliverables for which the refund is requested.

By using our platform, you agree that you have a clear understanding of your legal obligations in your relevant jurisdictions and that it is your responsibility to abide by relevant laws and regulations. Any recommendations presented in our platform are generalised and may not be suitable for your needs. You are entirely and solely responsible for any trades or investments you choose to partake in, directly, indirectly or through our platform, such as but not limited to trades executed on any exchange using our "Provide liquidity" feature.

The driving algorithm for our platform and service, including but not limited to "provide liquidity" and "mirror index", is not perfect and can make mistakes, and by using related features you agree to have understood and agreed that: (1) trades might be missed, executed in a wrong manner and even when well executed they might be bad trades, (2) you would never allow any third-party API keys used with CoinExams the privilege / ability / permission to withdraw funds, (3) you would delete API keys of third-parties whenever you want to stop using the service, (4) you would keep secret the API keys and would not use/share the same API keys with any other third-party service, (5) you would not use this service with any money you are not willing to lose, (6) you would wavier your right to claim any damages caused by our API, service, app, website, system, and/or company.

CoinExams may provide API keys to allow account management and automation. You may NOT modify, disclose, alter, translate, or create derivative works the Service (or any components thereof), disassemble, de-compile, or reverse engineer the software components of the Service, use the Service to store or transmit infringing, or otherwise unlawful material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights, use the Service to store or transmit any viruses, software routines or other code designed to permit unauthorised access, disable, erase, or otherwise harm software, hardware, or data, or to perform any other harmful actions, copy, frame, or mirror any part or content of the Service, build a competitive product and/or service, or copy any features or functions of the Service, interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or their related systems or networks, remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in or on the Service including copyright notices, cause or permit any third-party to do any of the foregoing, or interfere in any manner with the Service of any other user of the service.

Meetings with us, such as but not limited to consultation sessions, do not constitute financial or legal advise. Information, data, and/or ideas conveyed in relation to or within meetings with us are not guaranteed in any way. You also agree to not hold us responsible for any actions taken based on meetings with us and/or information, data, and/or ideas in relation to such meetings.

The referral commission is 20% of our revenue from payment using your referral coupon. We can only pay you referral commissions after 30 days for payments received using your assigned referral coupon code, if no refunds were requested for such payments. Referrals may not use misleading text on referral links, buttons or images to imply anything other than and/or misrepresent the currently listed features on our platform.

You can request a payment when the balance of your referral commissions reaches a minimum of BTC 0.005. All commissions are exclusive of all taxes, charges, and/or other fees of any kind imposed on you by any third-parties which shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you. You cannot refer yourself, and you can not receive a commission on your own account.

You may not in any manner misrepresent the relationship between us and you, and/or express or imply any relationship between us and you or any other person or entity. You can never imply that you are acting on behalf of our platform, can never advertise our platform products directly, and can never bid for advertisements that compete with our platform's advertising.

We may provide graphical images or other assets that can be used within the links to promote our platform and we reserve the right to change such assets at any time without notice, you may not modify these assets in any way, and you do not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials. You may not use our name or graphics in any bulk/spam emails whatsoever unless we have given our advanced written consent.

We reserve the right and may terminate your referral coupon and/or disqualify earned referral commissions for any reason, including but not limited to false claims, misleading hyperlinks, mass online posting, posting/advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities, failure to disclose the referral relationship, violation of intellectual property rights, self referrals, and/or fraudulent transactions.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify values on our platform, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date, applied or presented on our platform, should be taken to indicate that any values have been modified or updated. Availability, characteristics, and/or cost/price/value of features and/or subscriptions are subject to change with or without notice and/or reason, based on but not limited to user needs and market changes.

The values presented are not financial advice and should not be used to indicate the performance of any asset. We try to present values as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the values, which can be inaccurate due to a variety of reasons and can be changed or updated at any time without notice.

The values provided should not be the sole reason to invest in any particular asset and is only meant to bring awareness to the market diversity. While we try to update our scores frequently, any score should not be taken as an indication of the performance of any asset. The scoring method is also based on our understanding of the asset utility/purpose, so it is subjective.

The values listed for different assets may always be approximations, estimations and/or not current, not least because crypto asset values and data continuously change over time. The values can change at any time without notification or notice and we do not guarantee, in any way, shape or form, any of the information presented or referenced. The values presented are not financial advice, so you have to do your own research and know that investment is risky, and all your capital could be lost. Nobody can ascertain which asset will appreciate or depreciate.

The warranty on products and/or solutions based on our deliverables is to be provided based on the agreement between you and other parties, for example, products or parts producers and/or suppliers. It is agreed we are not required and cannot provide any warranty on our deliverables and/or training required for any product and/or solution based on any of our deliverables.

The deliverables created for you or under a project you are a part of, are all our property, even if copies of such deliverables have been delivered to you in any capacity and regardless of the presence of a work agreement unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. We may destroy undelivered or unclaimed deliverables at our discretion at any time, and we are not required to provide any copies of such deliverables at any time. Any deliverables related to legal matters, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and patents, are provided without any warranty and do not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us. If you need legal advice for your specific situation, you should consult a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.

You maintain full responsibility legal and ethical in producing and/or using any of our platform or deliverables we provide. You have the responsibility of conducting a prior art search to ensure the deliverables are not infringing on published patents or other intellectual property before the deliverables are produced into a usable solution or product. You would wavier your right to claim any damages caused by our deliverables or platform, and if the wavier is not allowed by law, your maximum claim would be limited to 20% of the amount paid by you to us or EUR10, whichever is lower.

Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, our services are provided on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES, either expressed or implied. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using the platform and assume any risks associated with your use of the platform.

You agree to hold harmless CoinExams/us, our platform, respective officers, directors, employees, agents, members, and partners, as well as services supporting us and our deliverables, such as but not limited to website registrants and hosting providers, against any and all liability to any persons, assets, and/or entities government or private as a result of or in connection with the use, production and/or reproduction of our deliverables or any related information, data, and/or ideas.

In no event shall we be liable directly or indirectly for any lost data or content, lost profits, business interruption or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services/platform or out of the use or inability to use our services/platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure, malfunction, and/or any and all other damages or losses to persons, assets, and/or entities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In case of a force majeure event, such as but not limited to fire, strike, natural disaster, which makes it impossible or impractical for CoinExams to fulfil its obligations, CoinExams shall be excused from obligations. If the need arises, at our own discretion we may suspend access or close down any part or all parts of our platform indefinitely. You agree to not hold us responsible for any loss you may encounter as a result of the use of or inability to use our platform.

Third-party sponsor advertisements, claims and hyperlinks on our platform are not verified nor endorsed by us and do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, warranty, or recommendation. Please exercise caution and carry out your own due diligence/research before you click any of the advertisements or decide to use any third-party services.

Our logos and word-marks are our trademarks, where a trademark is a word, phrase, symbol, or design that distinguishes the source of deliverables. Other listed trademarks, names, word-marks, and/or logos of our clients, and/or other companies are properties of these individuals or legal entities. The absence of a trademark from the following list does not constitute a waiver of our intellectual property or copyrights.

Unless agreed to in writing, you may not use CoinExams' brand, logos, trademarks, nor any sub-logos. You agree to not claim endorsement by CoinExams directly or indirectly, such as but not limited to using our trademarks, unless CoinExams has specifically and in writing provided such an endorsement and agreed to the publication of such claim. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to elsewhere in a written partnership agreement with CoinExams, you will not identify as a partner of CoinExams directly or indirectly, such as but not limited to using our trademarks.

If any part/provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
